need. Looses money in terms of loss of time and related costs.

Search Engines: No longer has to worry for
market share and happy with what they have. They use Spam
sites and irrelevant organic results to their benefit.
Advertisers: Pay money to Search Engines
to receive related traffic. Spam Sites in organic results
give way to Advertisers to rely more on them (Paid Listings)
and redirect organic traffic to Sponsored results.
Spammers: Do not loose anything in this
ordeal as they work on a hit and trial basis. They are illegal
and short-lived.
